Exchanges and Returns
At WalkingPad we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we give you the opportunity to try our products for free for 30 days! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we offer a simple and customer friendly return and exchange policy.
Return period
You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason. We will then collect the product from you free of charge . You will then be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.
The product must be undamaged and returned in the original packaging, including any accessories and manuals.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@walkingpad.nl .
Exchanging products
If you would prefer a different model of treadmill or fitness equipment within 30 days of purchase, this is of course possible. We can deliver the new desired model to you free of charge and take back the old model. Please also contact us for this via info @walkingpad.nl .
