Can I try a WalkingPad?
Yes, at a number of points of sale it's possible to view and try a WalkingPad. On this page you can see which model is available to test where. If needed, contact the store in advance for current availability and/or to make an appointment, or simply walk into the store.
Can I buy a WalkingPad directly in the store?
Yes, at our points of sale it's possible to purchase a WalkingPad directly. The WalkingPad will then be delivered to your home the next day or on a desired delivery day.
Do all points of sale have the same models?
Not all points of sale have the same models available. On this page you can see which model can be found at which location. Please note that not all models can be tested at every physical point of sale yet.
Will more points of sale be added in the future?
Yes, we continue to expand our network of points of sale. Keep an eye on our website for the most up-to-date list of partners.
Do I need to make an appointment to visit?
An appointment is not necessary. You can walk in freely during opening hours to view and try a WalkingPad. If you want to be sure a specific model is present, we recommend contacting the point of sale in advance.
Can I go to a point of sale for service or warranty?
For service and warranty, it's best to contact WalkingPad directly. We will then arrange the handling together with you, so your WalkingPad is quickly back in order.
